About the role
KPMG Middle East is hiring a Head of Offshoring – Director to lead and oversee its offshoring hubs across the region, based remotely in Pakistan. The role provides strategic leadership, governance, and operational management of the Audit Offshoring Hubs, ensuring high‑quality, efficient, and scalable audit support services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the Audit Offshoring Hub.
- Ensure delivery of high‑quality audit support services in line with agreed service levels and quality standards.
- Build, develop, and retain a high‑performing workforce.
- Drive operational efficiency, standardisation, and innovation.
- Maintain effective governance, quality management, and compliance processes.
- Oversee designated Risk & Independence responsibilities and support implementation of RI policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and member firms regarding offshore operations.
