Head of Operations & Administration (Club)

About the role

The French Club in Islamabad is looking for a strategic and highly organized professional to lead its overall operational management. As Head of Operations & Administration, you will ensure service excellence, drive efficiency, and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver a premium customer experience in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operational activities across all club departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and performance standards.
• Supervise department heads and operational teams to ensure smooth coordination.
• Monitor operational efficiency, resource utilization, and service delivery.
• Manage budgets, operational reporting, and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with senior management on business growth, events, and operational planning.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate operational staff and leadership teams.
• Handle operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within hospitality, restaurants, clubs, or lifestyle businesses.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple departments and operations simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of operational planning, customer service, and business performance management.
