Head of People Innovation and Expertise

About the role

We are looking for a forward‑thinking Head of People Innovation & Expertise to lead the design and scaling of AI‑powered talent frameworks across our ecosystem. You will shape performance, rewards, succession and culture systems that continuously learn and adapt, enabling high‑performing, founder‑ready teams.

Key responsibilities

• Architect AI‑driven performance management platforms that use continuous feedback, predictive analytics and generative insights.
• Lead market benchmarking and design intelligent salary bands, variable pay and equity models tailored to each venture’s maturity.
• Oversee talent reviews and succession planning, leveraging AI to forecast risks and uncover hidden potential.
• Develop adaptive leadership and capability‑building programs powered by AI‑personalised learning.
• Activate culture and employee experience through AI‑enabled listening tools and predictive engagement insights.
• Ensure governance, compliance and inclusion policies remain aligned with global and local labour regulations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, with deep expertise in performance management, compensation, and talent development.
• Background in startups, technology firms or innovation‑focused environments.
