Head of Product

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and technically savvy Head of Product to define and execute the product vision for our automotive technology platform in Pakistan. You will act as the bridge between engineering, design, and the executive team, turning market challenges into data‑driven product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own a long‑term product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Identify new product opportunities, features, and growth initiatives for acquisition, retention, and monetisation.
• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional product organisation including PMs, UX/UI, analytics and engineering partners.
• Drive the end‑to‑end product lifecycle: discovery, planning, execution, QA, launch and continuous improvement.
• Prioritise initiatives using data insights, market trends and business needs.
• Develop and monitor product KPIs, dashboards, funnels and performance metrics.
• Implement a structured experimentation framework (A/B tests, CRO, user behavioural analytics).
• Collaborate with Marketing (SEO, SEM, growth) to boost acquisition and conversion.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of product management experience in high‑growth technology companies.
• 3–5+ years in a leadership role managing product managers or cross‑functional teams.
• Proven track record scaling large consumer‑facing products (marketplace, e‑commerce, mobility or fintech).
• Strong understanding of user funnels, growth metrics and product analytics.
• Ability to translate business strategy into clear roadmaps and execution plans.
