Head of Record-to-Report (R2R)

About the role

The Head of Record‑to‑Report (R2R) will lead end‑to‑end financial accounting, month‑end closing and reporting for multiple group entities. Reporting to the Stream Head Finance Operations, the role ensures accurate, timely and compliant financial information in line with IFRS and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead general ledger accounting, ensuring all transactions are recorded according to approved policies and IFRS.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
• Govern balance‑sheet integrity through regular reconciliations, ageing analysis and cleanup of dormant balances.
• Prepare statutory, management and group financial reports, supporting implementation of new accounting standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, maintain strong internal controls and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial accounting, GL management and month‑end closing.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and corporate accounting policies.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders across finance and business functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on financial discipline and governance.
