Head of Remittance Products & Solution Delivery

About the role

Faysal Bank Ltd is seeking a Head of Remittance Products & Solution Delivery to lead the design, development and delivery of its remittance portfolio. You will manage a team of six professionals, drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Global Head – Remittances in shaping annual and medium‑term strategy for new products and digital initiatives.
• Monitor project KPIs, assess automation impact, and improve internal processes.
• Lead the migration from FRC to HRS, coordinating IT, Digital Banking, Risk, Sharia Compliance and vendors.
• Identify and implement automation and digitisation opportunities such as remittance tracking, complaint portals, and chatbot services.
• Oversee planning, execution and monitoring of digitalisation projects across the remittance business.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in remittances, corporate banking or cash‑management.
• Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of payment systems and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and apply agile project‑management principles.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
