Head of School / Principal (International Day & Boarding School)

About the role

The school is seeking an accomplished Head of School / Principal to provide strategic, academic and operational leadership for its international day and boarding community in Lahore. Reporting directly to the Board of Governors, the role will shape the institution’s future by driving excellence, innovation and student wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and overall performance of the school.
• Champion excellence in teaching, learning, assessment and student achievement.
• Drive curriculum development and innovation, including International Baccalaureate programmes.
• Oversee accreditation, quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build, mentor and develop high‑performing leadership and teaching teams.
• Strengthen relationships with parents, community stakeholders and international partners.
• Lead the development of boarding, sports, leadership and co‑curricular programmes.
• Collaborate with the Board to implement long‑term strategic vision and growth plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in international education with senior leadership roles.
• Proven success as a Head of School, Principal, Executive Principal or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework (PYP, MYP, DP) and its authorization and evaluation processes.
• Understanding of Cambridge and/or Pearson curricula is advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and team‑leadership abilities.
• Commitment to innovation, student wellbeing and continuous improvement.
