Health Representative – Field Sales Role

About the role

The Health Representative will promote Pfizer’s anti‑infective products to doctors, hospitals and pharmacies across an assigned territory in Karachi. This field‑based position requires professional presentations, accurate record‑keeping and regular reporting to the Health Rep Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Visit practicing physicians, hospitals and health‑related organisations to present approved indications of Pfizer products.
• Prepare and maintain contact lists, call records, weekly and monthly call plans, and submit them for approval.
• Submit call reports on prescribed forms according to schedule.
• Arrange product group meetings with doctors to discuss product details.
• Collect and report competitive promotional activities and market intelligence.
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure product stock availability at retail outlets.
• Forward technical queries from doctors to the Medical Division and keep the manager informed.
• Maintain professional appearance, detailing kit and vehicle, and submit expenses and leave plans on time.

Required profile

• Science graduate, preferably with a Pharmacy education.
• 1‑2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Ability to make professional, skillful presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Strong knowledge of product indications and competitive landscape.
