Healthcare Architect – BIM Specialist (Hospital Projects)

About the role

We are seeking a Healthcare Architect with strong BIM expertise to lead the design and delivery of hospital projects in Lahore. The role involves creating compliant, functional, and innovative healthcare facilities from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and construction documents for hospital buildings that meet Punjab Healthcare Commission accreditation standards.
• Conduct site analyses to ensure feasibility, regulatory compliance, and optimal patient flow.
• Produce detailed BIM models to support accurate construction and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and healthcare professionals to integrate functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Manage project workflows, monitor progress, and ensure quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and materials for compliance with design intent and regulations.
• Perform site inspections and resolve design‑related issues promptly.
• Prepare documentation and reports for regulatory submissions and accreditation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction of healthcare facilities.
• Proven experience with hospital building upgrades and accreditation processes, especially Punjab Healthcare Commission requirements.
• Strong understanding of building codes, industry best practices, and healthcare standards.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate design intent clearly.
