About the role

We are seeking a Healthcare Marketing Manager to join our client, Mumtaz Bakhtawar Memorial Hospital, as an Assistant Marketing Manager. The role focuses on promoting hospital services and executing targeted marketing campaigns within the medical sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch marketing campaigns that highlight hospital and healthcare services.
• Utilize social media platforms to engage the medical community and attract patients.
• Manage brand‑related projects and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with administration and clinical teams to align marketing initiatives with patient needs.
• Support business development by identifying market opportunities and coordinating corporate billing processes.
• Maintain knowledge of the Hospital Information System (HIS) to improve marketing operations.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimisations.
• Stay informed on industry trends, medical regulations, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience working in a hospital environment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, hospital information systems, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA).
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments without direct team management.
