Healthcare Sales Executive

About the role

Recruit AI is recruiting a Healthcare Sales Executive for its client BeHope, which wants to strengthen its presence in the healthcare supplies market in Canada and the United States. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Islamabad. The role involves managing client relationships, generating leads and closing deals, working closely with marketing to expand market reach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer communications to promote and sell healthcare products.
• Identify and engage potential new clients, explaining product benefits to meet their healthcare needs.
• Build trust and strong relationships with customers for long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes, contractual documents and proposals to government healthcare sectors.
• Maintain detailed sales records and generate timely reports for internal review and strategy adjustments.
• Follow up rigorously with prospects and existing clients to close sales opportunities.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors and emerging customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach efforts and promotional campaigns for new customer acquisition.
• Show professionalism and courtesy in all client interactions and adapt sales approaches to business objectives and customer feedback.

Required profile

• University degree in business, sales or healthcare.
• Proven sales experience focused on customer engagement and closing deals.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in English, to deal with a diverse client base including government healthcare entities.
• Leadership qualities and adaptability, though the role does not involve leading a team.
