About the role

This full-time, on-site position in Punjab, Pakistan, focuses on delivering high‑quality clinical care and supporting medical procedures. The Healthcare Specialist ensures that all healthcare activities comply with industry standards while providing first‑line assistance to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care and assist in various medical procedures.
• Provide first‑line medical assistance and respond to emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, medical teams, and other stakeholders.
• Train and educate patients and team members on healthcare practices.
• Document patient interactions and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) knowledge and practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in medicine, including diagnostic, treatment, and care‑planning expertise.
• Experience in conducting training and education for patients or staff.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, regulations, and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism in emergencies.
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in a healthcare‑related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a healthcare environment (advantage).
