Facility Operations Coordinator – Nutrition Program

About the role

The Facility Operations Coordinator will manage Facilitation Centre operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage and distribution of Specialized Nutritious Food (SNF) and supervising staff across multiple districts.

Key responsibilities

• Share programmatic progress updates with the Department of Health, hospital staff and regional coordinators on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Coordinate with IRMNCH, Lady Health Workers and EPI staff through regular meetings to address referral issues.
• Submit daily checklists covering FC functionality, stock levels and beneficiary caseload.
• Guide eligible beneficiaries on service access, cash transfer compliance and SNF distribution.
• Supervise authentication, anthropometry and awareness sessions, ensuring protocol compliance.
• Maintain SNF distribution plans aligned with beneficiary caseload and display SOPs in the FC.
• Ensure tablets are charged, software functional and internet connectivity available.
• Oversee referral of malnourished beneficiaries to Nutrition Stabilization Centres and uphold MERF Code of Conduct.

Required profile

• Minimum 14 years of education, preferably a BS in Nutrition, Food Sciences, Social Sciences, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field from an HEC‑recognized university.
• At least 3–4 years of experience in facility management, supply chain, warehouse or logistics, program implementation or related areas.
