Hotel Manager

About the role

The Hotel Manager will lead all aspects of hotel operations in Islamabad, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across all departments, implementing policies, procedures and service standards.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction by handling concerns, monitoring feedback and fostering a customer‑first culture.
• Lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams, conduct performance reviews and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Design and deliver training programs, identify skill gaps and monitor training effectiveness.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and implement cost‑control measures.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, identify growth opportunities and collaborate on long‑term business strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive hospitality management experience, including leadership or General Manager responsibilities.
• Executive certification in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, security).
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive a guest‑first culture.
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, revenue management and achieving profitability targets.
