Business Development Manager – Corporate Sales & Hospitality

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead corporate sales and drive revenue growth across rooms, banquets, meetings and events for Hotel One Vogue Lahore. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships with corporate clients, government bodies and travel agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet room revenue, occupancy and banquet targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with multinational companies, embassies, NGOs and travel management firms.
• Negotiate corporate rates, accommodation agreements and event packages.
• Manage key accounts to improve retention, repeat bookings and profitability.
• Coordinate with operations, F&B and event teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5‑7 years of hotel or corporate sales experience with a reputable brand.
• Proven track record of achieving room, banquet or event revenue targets.
• Established network of corporate clients in Lahore.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with hotel sales systems, CRM platforms and property management systems.
