HR Business Partner – Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead talent acquisition, employee relations and HR operations in Karachi. The role partners with business leaders to align workforce planning with organizational goals and drives engagement and retention initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational objectives.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain employee records, HR data, and reporting.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
• Support performance management and employee development programs.
• Provide HR advisory support to stakeholders and employees.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; MBA preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in HR reporting, documentation, and data management.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
