About the role

The Lmar Systems is seeking a meticulous HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and day‑to‑day HR operations. This position is ideal for candidates with 1‑2 years of HR experience or recent graduates eager to develop their career in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and applicant communication.
• Manage employee onboarding to ensure smooth integration and clear communication of policies and benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Oversee payroll administration, collecting data and liaising with finance for timely salary processing.
• Support daily HR operations, respond to employee inquiries, schedule training, and manage documentation.
• Supervise a team of eight HR specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with management on employee‑relations issues and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Utilize MS Office and Google Workspace for reporting, database maintenance, and cross‑team communication.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of HR experience or recent graduate with a strong interest in HR.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
