HR Executive

About the role

Nexa Innovations & Technologies is seeking an HR Executive to join its team in Rahimyar Khan. This full‑time, on‑site position will oversee daily HR operations, support employee relations, and help drive a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, documentation, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Address employee queries, facilitate conflict resolution, and promote a respectful work environment.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and support the performance management process.
• Collaborate with management on HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Human Resources with experience in HR management and operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to work on‑site in Rahimyar Khan, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS or HR‑related software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
