HR Executive (Night Shift, 6 Days Onsite)

About the role

Hirestaff.ai, a global talent acquisition and staffing solutions provider, is looking for an experienced HR Executive to join its team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 14, Karachi. The role covers day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle support and administration, and requires working nights six days a week (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM). Only applicants willing to work onsite six days a week should apply.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews
• Handle onboarding, orientation and offboarding procedures
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking and leave management
• Address employee queries and grievances and help maintain a positive workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Work with management to implement HR initiatives and process improvements

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Ability to commute to or work onsite in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 14, Karachi
• Comfortable working the night shift and a 6-day schedule
