HR Executive (Night Shift)

About the role

Hirestaff.ai is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to support its talent acquisition operations in Karachi. This position works the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) and follows a six‑day work week, handling end‑to‑end HR processes and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews.
• Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and off‑boarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Address employee queries and grievances, promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Collaborate with management on HR initiatives and process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Willingness to work night shifts and a six‑day schedule.
• Ability to commute to or work onsite at Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal, Block 14, Karachi.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR software.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word.
