HR Executive - Recruitment and Onboarding

About the role

A fast-growing education support company based in Pakistan, which delivers online teaching lessons to international students, is hiring an HR executive in Lahore. The role covers core HR operations, recruitment activities and employee coordination, and suits people looking to build a career in HR management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records, attendance and HR documentation
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Handle employee queries and support HR operations
• Assist in policy implementation and workplace discipline
• Prepare reports, maintain HR databases and support management activities
• Coordinate with other departments on staffing and operational needs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multitasking and keep accurate records
• Professional attitude, problem-solving and strong interpersonal and coordination skills

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
