Sastaticket.pk is seeking an HR Executive to join its Karachi team. The role centers on recruitment and building strong HR foundations to support the company’s travel‑focused growth.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes to attract qualified talent.
- Utilize sourcing tools and professional networking platforms for candidate outreach.
- Leverage AI tools to improve HR productivity, accuracy, and speed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience with a strong recruitment focus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
