HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations

About the role

Cybernet is looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join its Human Capital Management team in Peshawar. You will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end HR processes, from talent acquisition to employee relations, ensuring a high‑performing and compliant workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating onboarding.
• Design and deliver structured onboarding programs to boost engagement and retention.
• Act as trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling concerns confidentially and guiding on policies.
• Conduct investigations into grievances and recommend resolutions.
• Support performance appraisal cycles, identify training needs and track learning progress.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure data confidentiality.
• Develop and update HR policies in line with legal requirements.
• Prepare HR analytics and reports on headcount, turnover and engagement.
• Administer benefits programs and coordinate payroll with Finance.
