About the role
Septem Systems is looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to help build great teams and deliver smooth HR experiences. You will join a fast‑growing, dynamic organization focused on innovation and talent development.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct end‑to‑end technical recruitment for IT positions.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate compensation.
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave management, and documentation.
- Support day‑to‑day HR queries and maintain compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the IT industry.
- Hands‑on experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll management.
- Experience handling HR operations such as onboarding, record‑keeping, and leave administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
