HR Generalist – Lahore

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our fast‑growing software house in Lahore. The role will support both technical and non‑technical teams by managing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and non‑technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in line with company policies.
• Develop, update and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and provide performance‑management support.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Track attendance, leave records and generate HR reports.
• Support employee‑engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and organisational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a software house or IT environment.
• Hands‑on experience hiring for both technical and non‑technical roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRMS/ATS platforms.
