HR Generalist (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our HR team on a night shift schedule. The successful candidate will handle end‑to‑end recruitment, employee relations, HR operations and performance management, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, including attendance, leave and record keeping.
• Support performance management, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Pakistan labour laws.
• Address employee queries and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with various HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the IT or software sector.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Pakistan labour legislation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work the 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM night shift.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRIS systems (advantageous).
