HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations

About the role

We are looking for a talented and dedicated HR Generalist to join our Lahore office. The role combines day‑to‑day HR operations with strategic initiatives that shape a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Technical Recruitment – manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition using advanced TA tools.
• Staff on/off‑boarding – handle all transactional data throughout each employee’s lifecycle.
• Attendance & Leaves – oversee staff attendance, leave records and respond to related queries.
• Employer Branding – run the company’s social‑media pages and build a strong online presence.
• Employee Relations – support HR leadership in addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
• Event Management – assist in employee‑engagement activities such as team‑building, recognition programs and wellness initiatives.
• HR Policy Compliance – ensure strict follow‑up on policy adherence and performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of post‑qualification experience in HR operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or Management from a recognized institution.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience using Talent Acquisition (TA) tools.
• Familiarity with social‑media applications.
• Knowledge of HRMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of AI tools.
• Ability to work with various social‑media platforms.
