HR Generalist (Third-Party Contract)

About the role

An experienced HR Generalist is sought to support a broad range of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. The position is offered through a third-party employment arrangement and covers HR operations, employee transactions, recruitment and contingent workforce support, and compensation and performance administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, promotions, salary changes, leaves and offboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in Workday or a similar HRIS platform
• Partner with managers and HR stakeholders to process employee transactions on time, and support payroll-related activities in line with company policy and labour regulations
• Act as the main point of contact for HR operational inquiries and employee support
• Support annual performance management and salary review cycles, coordinate reviews and prepare and validate compensation data
• Partner with Compensation & Benefits teams on salary adjustments and compensation changes
• Support recruitment from requisition approval through onboarding, and manage contingent workforce onboarding, extensions, transfers, renewals and offboarding
• Generate HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics, and support audits and compliance requirements
• Contribute to HR process improvements and operational excellence initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience in HR operations, employee services or generalist roles
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, recruitment, compensation and performance processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and confidentiality
