HR Manager / Executive / Officer

About the role

Shaadi Organization Pakistan is hiring HR Managers, HR Executives and HR Officers for its group of companies. The office is open Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 8 PM, in branches in DHA, Gulshan-e-Iqbal and North Nazimabad, Karachi. The position is full-time and office based.

Key responsibilities

• Hiring and talent acquisition for the group of companies
• Job posting, initial short listing, initial interviews and shortlisting
• Document verification and reference checking
• Monitoring attendance and staff working
• Payroll processing, performance evaluation and other HR functions

Required profile

• Graduate with a completed degree from a good university
• Relevant post-qualification HR experience in hiring and talent acquisition, especially for sales, marketing, business development and digital media marketing
• 2+ years for HR Officer, 3+ years for HR Executive, 5+ years for HR Manager
• Excellent command of LinkedIn with a good number of connections

• Fast computer operations
