HR Manager

About the role

Orange Tree Foundation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function in Karachi. The role involves overseeing employee data, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations to support a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee databases and attendance records.
• Process payroll using HR software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Act as a liaison between management and staff, handling grievances and employee issues.
• Promote a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate from a reputable local or foreign university.
• Strong command of English communication.
• Excellent teamwork, organization, and efficiency.
• Innovative mindset with ability to improve HR processes.
• Previous experience in a Human Resources role is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.

What we offer

• Full-time position, Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm with a half‑day on Saturday.
• 30 paid leave days per year.
• Competitive salary range (PKR 60,000‑100,000).
