HR Manager (MTO) – People‑Focused Role

About the role

We are seeking a high‑impact HR professional to shape the people strategy at oladoc. This role goes beyond administrative tasks and focuses on building the culture, hiring the right talent, and ensuring a thriving employee experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination and pipeline management.
• Draft, maintain and continuously improve HR policies, onboarding SOPs and people‑operations documentation.
• Support organisational development through culture surveys, engagement tracking and team‑structure initiatives.
• Leverage Claude to create job descriptions, synthesize interview feedback, design onboarding flows and eliminate manual HR overhead.
• Conduct sensitive employee conversations with discretion, empathy and consistent follow‑through.

• Passionate about people rather than paperwork.
• Natural relationship‑builder who follows up proactively.
• Believes effective HR happens through conversations, not inboxes.
• Comfortable delivering difficult feedback and maintaining consistency in uncomfortable situations.
• Views recruitment as a judgment call under uncertainty, not a rigid funnel.
• Has independently used Claude and finds it enhances performance.
• Clear written communicator for policies, emails and interview summaries.
• Finds organisational challenges interesting, not draining.
• Fresh graduate or final‑year student in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management or related field, with evidence of serious engagement (thesis, projects, leadership, work experience).
