HR Manager – Onsite Lahore (Afternoon Shift)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human‑resources and administration functions for a UK‑based Chartered Accountants firm operating in Lahore. The role covers the afternoon shift (1 pm‑10 pm, Monday‑Friday) and will support a workforce of around 25 employees across professional services, hospitality, property and other ventures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enforce HR policies, procedures and employee handbook guidelines.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, first‑round interviews and hiring recommendations.
• Monitor headcount, attendance, leave, working hours and workforce planning.
• Build strong employee relationships and promote a high‑performance workplace culture.
• Oversee payroll processing, employee records, HR compliance and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate office administration, facility management, vendor relations and office supplies.
• Produce HR reports and support management with workforce planning and operational improvements.

Required profile

• MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Based in Lahore and available for the specified shift.
