Human Resources Specialist - Night Shift

About the role

A digital marketing agency based in the US is hiring a Human Resources Specialist for a full-time onsite position in Lahore, working the night shift (5pm to 2am PKT, Monday to Friday). The role covers HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management and policy development, working closely with management and employees to align with organizational goals and build a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and integrating new hires
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and organizational objectives
• Act as a strategic partner in employee relations, coaching and guiding employees at all levels, including team leads and department heads
• Manage performance management and appraisals, helping team leads set OKRs and conduct reviews
• Handle employee relations matters such as grievances and conflict resolution
• Design and run employee engagement programs, retention strategies and well-being initiatives
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives
• Maintain HR records and employee databases securely
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Issue employee documents such as appointment letters, salary slips, tax deduction certificates, warning letters and show cause notices on time and accurately

Required profile

• Masters degree (preferably P.HD or M.Phil) in Human Resources or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in senior HR roles, preferably in a digital marketing or technology environment
• Strong knowledge of people management, HR practices and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
