Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The HR Business Partner will lead core HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and policy development for a US‑based digital marketing agency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding and integration of new hires.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and organizational goals.
• Act as a strategic partner to manage employee relationships, providing coaching and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with team leads and department heads to ensure HR interventions are solution‑focused.
• Oversee performance management, assist in setting OKRs, and conduct employee reviews.
• Design and implement employee engagement, retention, and well‑being programs.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance skills and career progression.
• Maintain confidential HR records and employee databases.
• Handle ad‑hoc administrative tasks and projects assigned by management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (preferably Ph.D. or M.Phil) in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in senior HR roles, preferably within a digital marketing or technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of people management, HR practices, and labor laws.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR software (HRIS).
