HR Manager - Talent Acquisition in Construction

About the role

Our client, Premium Engineering Pvt Ltd, is seeking an experienced HR Manager specializing in talent acquisition for the construction sector in Lahore. The role focuses on sourcing, evaluating and hiring skilled professionals to support the company’s growth and project needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored to the construction industry.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing and selection.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, job boards and recruitment agencies.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and deliver timely hiring solutions.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of applicant data, interview feedback and hiring documentation.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Analyse recruitment metrics and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 7-10 years of proven talent acquisition experience within construction firms.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employment regulations and workforce planning for the construction sector.
• Excellent judgment, communication skills and ability to work independently on multiple hiring projects.
