HR Manager – Tech Company

About the role

Alachisoft is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all people‑related functions for its Islamabad office. You will shape the employer brand, drive talent acquisition, and build a high‑performing, engaged workforce that supports the company’s growth in the software export market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including university outreach, job fairs, and professional hiring.
• Design, implement and maintain a company‑wide performance management framework.
• Create and manage a competitive compensation and benefits program.
• Provide coaching to leaders on policy compliance and employee relations.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal communication channels.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and continuous training programs.
• Structure and report on HR metrics aligned with business needs.

Required profile

• 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in the technology sector.
• Proven ability to work hands‑on, build relationships across departments, and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confident, outspoken personality with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Relevant academic background (e.g., BSCS, BBA) or equivalent experience.
