HSE Field Auditor – Central A & B Regions

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HSE Field Auditor to join our expanding EHS team. The role focuses on conducting daily random inspections and audits across project sites in the Central A and Central B regions, ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily random inspections and audits of multiple project sites within Central A & B.
• Monitor compliance with EHS regulations, identify hazards and assess risk factors.
• Document findings and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with project managers and teams to align audit schedules with daily activity plans.
• Present audit results in daily meetings and propose corrective measures.
• Maintain accurate records of audits, reports and communications.
• Enforce penalties or corrective actions in collaboration with EHS and HR.
• Drive immediate corrective action for any safety violations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in EHS auditing, field inspections or safety compliance, preferably in telecom, construction or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, risk assessment methods and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Central A & B regions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
