HubSpot Developer – Build & Optimize Marketing Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a skilled HubSpot Developer to join our team and create, customize, and optimise HubSpot solutions that power marketing, sales and customer‑engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customise and maintain HubSpot CMS websites, landing pages, email templates, themes and custom modules.
• Build responsive front‑end components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and HubL.
• Configure and customise HubSpot CRM – custom objects, properties, workflows and pipelines.
• Design and implement marketing automation and business‑process workflows.
• Integrate HubSpot with third‑party platforms, REST APIs and business applications.
• Write scalable, reusable code following best‑practice development standards.
• Optimise site performance, page speed, SEO and overall user experience.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for HubSpot implementations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, designers and cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Document development processes, configurations and integration workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a HubSpot Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot CMS and CRM platforms.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
