Human Resources Administrator

About the role

The Human Resources Administrator supports end‑to‑end HR operations, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and payroll coordination. The role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with company policies while enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate full-cycle onboarding, create employee records, and set up positions in Workday, especially during SAP outages.
• Coordinate payroll bank account updates, manage employee documentation, and handle onboarding logistics such as ID issuance and SIM card requests.
• Maintain accurate Workday employee data and job records.
• Address employee concerns, document grievances, and support formal corrective actions in partnership with HR Business Partners.
• Administer exit processes, final settlements, incentives, and bonus calculations with Payroll and Finance.
• Process off‑boarding, separation documentation, and termination transactions in Workday.
• Support quarterly performance evaluations and generate employment certificates.
• Manage employee status changes, benefits enrollment, claims processing, and payroll tagging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field (4 years). Graduate studies are a plus.
• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO or as an HR Generalist.
• Ability to respond quickly to changes, work under pressure, and operate with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
• Experience using Workday and navigating SAP contingencies.
• Ability to create professional emails and manage video‑conference platforms and calendar invites.
