About the role
Go Mobit is hiring a Human Resources Executive in Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi. The role suits an HR all-rounder with 1-2 years of experience who enjoys working with people, keeping things organized and helping make the workplace better. It is a full-time, on-site position from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Help with recruitment, interviews and onboarding of new team members
- Manage attendance, leaves, employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll and day-to-day HR operations
- Support employee engagement and make sure the team feels heard and supported
- Help with performance management, internal coordination and general HR matters
Required profile
- 1-2 years of experience in HR
- Organized, approachable and able to juggle different tasks
- Good communicator who pays attention to detail and takes initiative
- Enjoys working with people and is always willing to learn
