Talent Acquisition Analyst

About the role

Karandaaz Pakistan (KRN), a not-for-profit organization based in Islamabad, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support the end-to-end recruitment process. The role works with departmental heads, develops recruitment strategies, manages the candidate experience and maintains recruitment metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Talent acquisition strategy: support the design of the Annual Staffing Plan, develop recruitment strategies, collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions, and conduct market analysis on trends, salary benchmarks and competition.
• Recruitment process: manage the full cycle (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection), use job boards, social media, networking, headhunting and referrals, run initial screens and interviews, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers within budget, organize files, facilitate onboarding, identify automation opportunities, liaise with headhunting firms, provide recruitment facilitation to subsidiaries and promote the employer brand through universities, associations and career fairs.
• Metrics and reporting: maintain the Recruitment Tracker, track time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and candidate satisfaction, and report to senior management, the HR Committee and the Board.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-4 years of specialized experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with a proven track record of successful hires.
• Experience automating recruitment processes and using technology is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques and Pakistan employment law.
• Basic understanding of the financial services ecosystem.
• Intermediate to expert Microsoft Office and intermediate Google Suite.
• Negotiation, stakeholder management, project planning and independent execution.
