Human Resources Intern – Remote

About the role

This remote internship combines traditional HR duties with strategic tasks to support organizational growth in a fast‑growing international tech company. It offers a comprehensive learning experience in talent acquisition, recruitment support, and HR management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communications.
• Support onboarding activities, ensuring new hires receive timely information and integration assistance.
• Conduct market and opportunity research to identify industry trends and emerging recruitment practices.
• Help engage potential clients, business partners, and external contacts to explore collaboration opportunities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently with high initiative, attention to detail, and adaptability to a fast‑paced global environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
