Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an HR Manager to lead talent management and people operations for our growing business in Karachi. The role will design and implement HR systems, processes and structures that support recruitment, performance, development and retention of a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment across the business while maintaining speed and a high talent bar.
• Design and implement performance management frameworks, including goal setting, review cycles and feedback processes.
• Establish and manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, development and retention.
• Partner with leadership to define organizational structure, roles and reporting lines as the company scales.
• Build and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and best practices.
• Drive a high‑performance culture, ensuring accountability, clarity and alignment across teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent, performance and organizational matters.
• Manage employee relations and resolve issues proactively and professionally.
• Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Continuously improve systems and processes to support a growing organization.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to talent management and organizational development.
• Experience in high‑growth or scaling environments.
• Solid understanding of performance management frameworks and organizational design.
• Knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to build or formalize HR processes and systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
