Human Resources Manager – Lead HR Team

About the role

Umer & Company is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead a dynamic HR team of 30 members. You will drive full‑cycle HR functions, support rapid growth, and ensure compliance across technology, operations, and support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR team to deliver recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations services.
• Develop workforce planning strategies aligned with growth objectives while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment using LinkedIn, social media, and CRM tools; manage job postings and employer branding.
• Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) for accurate candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interview schedules, recruitment logistics, and hiring manager collaboration.
• Conduct performance appraisals, track KPIs, and identify development needs.
• Monitor HR compliance, conduct audits, and update policies as required.
• Drive organizational development initiatives to boost engagement, retention, and professional growth.
• Prepare regular hiring reports and HR metrics for leadership decision‑making.
• Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Coach managers on HR best practices and conflict resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in human resources management.
• Proven track record of leading HR teams and implementing effective HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of local labor regulations and HR compliance.
• Experience supporting diverse functions such as technology, operations, and support.
