Human Resources Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Human Resources Specialist to join a leading AI company on a part‑time contract basis. You will apply your HR expertise to shape AI‑driven HR tools, ensuring policies, onboarding, and communications are high‑quality and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Review, develop, and update internal HR policies, handbooks, and templated documents in line with best practices and regulations.
• Design, analyze, and optimise onboarding processes and employee‑lifecycle workflows for greater efficiency.
• Advise on HR compliance and employee‑relations scenarios, creating supporting artifacts for training and reference.
• Craft and evaluate employee communications and change‑management strategies.
• Contribute real‑world expertise to the evaluation and refinement of AI‑driven HR tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR policy development, compliance, and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
• Interest in AI applications within HR and willingness to learn.
