About the role
The IELTS Operations Manager will oversee all IELTS testing activities conducted by IDP IELTS Test Centres across Pakistan. This role focuses on expanding the test centre network while ensuring compliance, commercial viability, and exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage IELTS testing operations for Associate Centres and Direct Testing Units, ensuring adherence to quality systems.
- Drive network expansion of IELTS test centres throughout the country.
- Ensure business assurance, compliance, and commercial performance.
- Oversee customer service standards and project management initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IELTS administration or similar testing services.
- Fluent English with strong planning, organising and analytical abilities.
- Proven experience in project and stakeholder management.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using CRM systems.
