IELTS Trainer

About the role

MA Study Leap is seeking a full‑time IELTS Trainer to join its Faisalabad centre. The trainer will lead interactive preparation classes covering all four IELTS modules, ensuring learners are equipped with the strategies and confidence needed to achieve their target band scores.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lesson plans for Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking modules aligned with the latest IELTS format.
• Prepare teaching materials, practice tests and mock examinations.
• Assess student performance, provide individualized feedback and develop personalised study plans.
• Maintain accurate records of learner progress and exam registration support.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to refine curricula and participate in professional development workshops.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in English teaching with ability to work with diverse proficiency levels.
• In‑depth knowledge of IELTS exam structure, scoring criteria and effective test‑taking strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or related field; TESOL/TEFL certification is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.
• Demonstrated classroom management skills and patience.

Required skills

• Comfort with basic technology and digital teaching tools for lesson delivery and progress tracking.
