Inbound Sales Executive (B2C)

About the role

The Inbound Sales Executive handles incoming calls and inquiries from international customers, identifies their needs and converts them into sales. The position is based in Karachi, works night shifts and requires strong communication skills and the ability to meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries from international customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Convert qualified leads into sales while maintaining high service standards
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with team leads and quality teams to improve performance

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in international inbound sales (B2B or B2C)
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexibility to work night shifts
