Inbound Telecom Sales Representative

About the role

Magination Labs is hiring a full-time Inbound Telecom Sales Representative in Lahore. The role handles inbound customer calls, understands their needs and helps them choose the right internet, Wi-Fi and telecom services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls from customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom and internet plans.
• Explain packages, pricing, promotions, speeds and available services clearly.
• Convert inbound inquiries into successful sales.
• Follow company sales processes and quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience and stay updated on plans and promotions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident and persuasive style.
• Previous call center or telecom sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Ability to work effectively in a team; fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
