About the role

HL GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS is seeking an on‑site Information Technology Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for IT positions across its field services, technical support, and infrastructure projects. The role is based in Sahiwal and focuses on building talent pipelines, managing candidate experiences, and ensuring timely staffing for project‑based and ongoing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social networks, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, assess technical competencies, and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and facilitate decision‑making.
• Manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Support workforce planning and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet staffing demands for field services and infrastructure projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting, preferably within IT or technical domains.
• Strong background in IT recruitment and technical talent assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct interviews, coordinate selections, and negotiate offers.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Sahiwal and manage multiple requisitions under time‑sensitive conditions.
